Sofabed Instructions

Convert your sofa into a sofa bed by following the steps below.
Please note: If steps are not followed correctly and the action is forced in the wrong direction, it may become bent and inoperable. All sofa beds include a 12-month manufacturing guarantee, which does not cover incorrect use of the mechanism.

Step 1:

Remove Cushions

Remove all seat and back cushions from the sofa bed.

Step 2:

Unfold the Cover & Lift the Front Bar

Fold out the black fabric cover.
Using the front metal handle, lift the sofa bed action.
(Do not use the rear bar to pull the action out.)

Step 3:

Extend the Frame Forward

Gently pull the action towards you until the frame sits horizontally.

Step 4:
Pull Out the First Foot Bar

Lift the first foot bar (located at the rear of the action) and pull it forward until it rests on the floor.

The sofa bed is now half open.

Step 5:
Pull Out the Second Foot Bar

Lift the second foot bar up and towards you.

Step 6:
Fully Open & Finish Setup

Pull the second foot bar down until it rests on the floor - your sofa bed is now fully open.

If your model has back cushions, place them between the back of the sofa and the sleep area to create a headboard. Store the seat cushions under the frame.
