Made-to-Order Lead Times
Made-to-order furniture and cushions typically require 4–13 weeks to complete. Lead times vary depending on fabric availability, foam supply, and overall production scheduling.
After your order is placed, our team will follow up with a more accurate estimate based on the specific materials you’ve selected.
Ready-Made Item Shipping
Ready-made products, including Weave Cushions and other stocked items, are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated by region at checkout, ensuring accurate pricing based on your location and the size of your order.
Local Pickup
You may choose Free Local Pickup at checkout.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your items.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for all deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Custom made-to-order items cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically for you.
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@creativeupholsterynz.co.nz with your order number and photos of the issue. Damage claims are reviewed individually, and we will work with you toward a fair resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order contains ready-made items and has not yet shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancellations.
Made-to-order and custom items cannot be altered or cancelled once production has begun, as materials and labour are allocated specifically for your order.
Material Delays
If your selected fabric, foam, or other materials are on backorder, production time may extend. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately with an updated timeframe and provide alternative options if you wish to switch materials.
