Frequently asked questions

What Warranty comes with my product from Creative Upholstery?

Creative Upholstery offers a 365-day warranty on all of our Products. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults or defects. It does not cover wear, tear or damage caused by use, accident or failure to follow care instructions.

The warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of the order and is available to the original purchaser of the Product only.

If you have any issues with any Product that you have received, please email us at info@creativeupholsterynz.co.nz and provide the order number, the name of the item at fault and full details of the fault (including photos if possible).

Can I supply my own fabric?

Yes you can, please refer to our ‘Supplying Your Own Fabric’ Guide for further detail.

What foams & fillings do you use?

We use Commercial Grade fillings for all our products - Soft/Medium/Firm Foam, Ergo Fill, Fibre Fill, Feather Fill, QuickDry Outdoor Foam.

Am I able to collect my order from the factory

Yes, this is easily arranged. Just give the company a ring and we will arrange a convenient time to suit you.

What are your lead times?

As all our products are made to order and we work on a 4-5 week lead-time. Should you need your products quicker, please call us on (09) 425 7543 and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I return my item?

All the products that we manufacture are bespoke to an individuals’ requirements, should you wish to return your product we will accept this within 7 days of delivery. There will be a restocking fee of 60% which will be deducted from your refund as well as any delivery costs incurred. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
